In 1981, International Management Institute, commonly known as IMI, was established in Delhi. Corporate sponsorship was first offered at IMI. IMI New Delhi was founded in 1984 by leading corporates including RPG Enterprises, ITC, Nestle, Tata Chemicals, British Oxygen, SAIL. 

Founded in collaboration with International Management Institute, Geneva, now IMD Lausanne, one of the top business schools around the world. With its Faculty, Intellectual Capital, and vibrant Industry Connect, IMI New Delhi is considered one of India’s top B-schools.

The MBA program is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). 

The IMI New Delhi Admission 2022 Policy is designed to attract top talent. Instead of only accepting the CAT 2021 exam, IMI will accept the CAT 2021 exam and the XAT 2022 exam for admission 2022-24. IMI’s Delhi, Kolkata, and Bhubaneswar campuses all require a common application form. IMI New Delhi accepts applications online and charges a fee of Rs.2200.

Admission

IMI Delhi is now accepting applications for admission to its PGDM program. Interested candidates can apply on IMI Delhi’s website. CAT/GMAT scores are required for admission to PGDM programs. 

XAT scores will be accepted by IMI Delhi for PGDM admissions by 2022. Approximately 90% of applicants will be accepted. 

Applications are also being accepted for IMI Delhi’s 15 month MBA Executive Program. The deadline for cycle 2 applications is January 17. 

Shortlists for PGDM First will be compiled on the basis of CAT/ GMAT/ XAT scores and academic scores. Academic performance, extempore speaking, psychometric testing, essay writing, and a personal interview will be considered in making the final selection. PGDM Human Resource Management (HRM), PGDM Banking & Financial Services (BFS), EPGDM, and Fellowship Program in Management (FPM) are also available at IMI Delhi. For the PGDM Executive and FPM programs, candidates must have at least five years of work experience.

IMI New Delhi PGDM Admission 2022

Applications are now being accepted for the PGDM program at the International Management Institute. 

The institute offers admission to PGDMs, PGDMs in Human Resource Management, and MBAs with a focus on Banking & Finance. Finance Services and PGDM Executive. 

CAT/XAT/GMAT scores will be used for admission to the courses. Those shortlisted for interviews will be notified. An applicant holding a graduate degree in any subject will be eligible for admission.

IMI Delhi PGDM Eligibility:

  • You can apply for admission if you have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  • The qualifying examination must be passed with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Applications for admission can be submitted by candidates who are taking the final examination.
  • For admission to the EPGDM, a bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience is required for EPGDM.

IMI Delhi PGDM Selection Process:

Admission to IMI Delhi’s PGDM program is based on meeting the following criteria:

Shortlisting Criteria:

CAT/XAT/GMAT scores determine a candidate’s shortlisting. Experienced candidates are preferred.

Selection Criteria:

Academic performance, i.e. marks in graduation, class 10th, and 12th, is used for the final selection. Performance in extempore speaking, psychometric testing, essay writing, and personal interviews.

More than 90 recruiters participated in the placement drive. Aakash Institute, Accenture, BCG, Capgemini, Dell Technologies, Deloitte and others were among the major recruiters. A range of sectors were represented. Consulting / EdTech emerged as the most dominant sector.

IMI Delhi Placements 2022 final report has been released. Compared to last year, the highest salary package rose up to INR 32 LPA, representing a 7.74% increase. As of December 2017, the average salary was INR 15.23 LPA, up by 19.92% (approx). 

Also released is the final report for the IMI Delhi Summer Internship Placements 2022. 342 students participated in the program. INR 2 lakhs was the highest stipend per month. The average monthly stipend was INR 50.57 K.

IMI Delhi Scholarships 2022

Funding and Scholarships at IMI Delhi

The IMI scholarship will be awarded to outstanding Indian students. During the first three years, a stipend of Rs.20, 000/- is provided per month, and Rs.24, 000/- during the fourth year.

IMI Delhi CutOff 2022/2021

Aspiring management students dream of gaining admission to IMI Delhi. The IIMs administer the CAT, which is used to shortlist candidates for admission. There are thousands of students who attempt the CAT exams every year, but only a few of them succeed. A high score on the CAT is required to be admitted to the International Management Institute, Delhi.

After the CAT exam’s results are announced, IMI Delhi announces its cut-off every year. The cut-off mark for admission to IMI is met by candidates who applied and made it through the cut-off.

The cutoff set last year was 88 percentile. The cutoff is based on both cumulative and sectional scores. Admission requires passing both cutoffs.

Cutoff points are used in the selection process. Students applying for admission must submit their CAT scores. They will also need all their previous educational certificates.

In the case of international students, the interview may take place over the phone. In order to get through this process, the student must go to one of the many interview centers set up throughout the country.
