FMS-IRM Jaipur’s Admission for PGDM and PGDM-RM programmes is now OPEN for 2021. The admission forms may be found on the official website. The Society for Indian Institute of Rural Management (SIIRM) owns and leads the Institute of Rural Management, which is a leading institute in the field of rural management and rural marketing. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Rural Management are available from the institute.

The Institute of Rural Management was one of the first rural management institutes. AICTE has authorised the institute. FMS IRM Jaipur cut-off marks for candidates who took various entrance tests for admission to PGDM/PGDM-RM programs.

FMS- IRM Jaipur’s placement finished with a total of 138 offers for the PGDM programme. It also offers its students summer internships. Every year, many top multinational corporations from across the world come to campus to recruit. FMS-IRM Jaipur average package available is 9 LPA, and 138 students were placed.

The college is good in terms of placements

FMS IRM placements: Many companies came to our campus, but I’ll mention only big brands like Amul, HDFC, ICICI banks are coming there and provided a package of 4.5 lakhs per annum. The highest package provided is Zomato was 7 LPA plus incentive.

FMS IRM infrastructure: The classrooms are quite spacious and air-conditioned with projectors. There is a mini auditorium for seminars and guest lectures. The college does not have hostel facility. The campus has wi-fi facility. Also, there is a parking facility for students who come by their own vehicles.

FMS IRM faculty: Teachers of the college are helpful and qualified. They have relevant knowledge about tier subjects and give practical suggestions to students as well to improve tier practical skills. The curriculum of the college is okay the cover all important subjects for PGDM.

FMS IRM placements: Mainly many FMS-IRM students get placements. Companies like ITC, TCS visit the campus for placements and offers good salary packages for students. Students get internships who have more than 50% aggregate in graduation and SSC. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA.

FMS IRM infrastructure: The library is good. They also have Wi-Fi and the classrooms are also good. They have all the facilities for conducting the sessions and several lectures. They have parking facility. And the quality of the food is also good. They have good ambience and not much strength.

FMS IRM faculty: The teachers are very helpful and provide a learning environment for the students ensuring that each session adds value to the students. The teachers make use of modern teaching methodologies which helps in delivering a high quality content rich learning.

The best college in Jaipur. You must take admission in this college.

FMS IRM placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our batch. The starting salary package offered was 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. Most of the students were offered an average salary package was 5-6 LPA. Various banking companies like Annapurna, Yes Bank, HDFC, Axis Bank, Jeevika and Amul and many more companies visited our campus for placements. 

FMS IRM infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, IRM is one of the best colleges in the country matching international standards. It is one of the few colleges in Jaipur which has upgraded its classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques. 

FMS IRM faculty: The professors have a wealth of knowledge and are well-informed. They are sensitive to the needs of each of the students, and their teaching style is distinctive. They are always active and have a lot of experience. They make us ready for the corporate world.

Placements are very good.

FMS IRM placements: This college provides 100% placements with the minimum package ranging from Rs. 3.50 LPA to 10 LPA. Many brands like Colgate, Amul, Asian Paints, ITC, ICICI Bank and many more visited the college for placements. They offered the roles of zonal and regional manager and other very good positions. 

FMS IRM infrastructure: It is one of the few colleges in Jaipur which has upgraded its classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques. The college has centrally air conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi enabled LCD projectors, tutorial rooms, library, a state-of-the-art seminar room and a fully equipped auditorium with seating capacity of over 750 persons. 

FMS IRM faculty: Professors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The main Motto of IBA is to make students industry-ready. The courses are not theoretical but they provide practical exposure to the students. It will be a very good exposure to the students with all the facilities available in the college.

FMS IRM placements: As FMS-IRM college is one the best PGDM college as this college have a eligibility criteria that only 75% student can get the admission. As this college is famous for 100% placement and top copmany come with the great package and offers best jobs accordingly.

FMS IRM infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, this is the best college because it matches the standards. It is one of the best colleges and uses modern technology also. There is Wi-Fi, labs, a library and an auditorium with an accommodation capacity of more than 500 students. Projectors are also available, and there is a separate washroom on every floor with various other facilities.

FMS IRM faculty: The exams are structured and every other faculty members help the students in the preparation of the exams. The exams are categorised into 6 semesters, and from the 3rd trimester, students can opt specialisation courses. The exams are sometimes an open book or closed book.

FMS IRM infrastructure: Our college provides many types of facilities. Every classroom is air-conditioned. The library is huge with many types of books, which help to build our knowledge. Sports facilities are available on the campus. The canteen is awesome, and the food quality is better. Parking facilities are also available in our college.

FMS IRM faculty: Faculty members are like parents here. They treat each of the students equally and help them to come up with different ideas. And they make students more eligible according to their interests. They help students not only with studies but also with personal issues. You won’t feel that you are away from your house. Different classes are being conducted everyday accordingly to train the students.

A great institute in all aspects

FMS IRM placements: The highest salary package offered in our course ranges from 8-9LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 3.5-4 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. Mostly all the students got an internship in our course majorly in banks, and from companies like Karvy, Amul, ITC, Ujjivan Finance etc.

FMS IRM infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We have digital classrooms, a digital library, a good seminar hall, a computer lab, a gym, a yoga room, and a games room. We have everything on our campus. Being an outstation student I was a little anxious, but after coming here and seeing the infrastructure of the college, I’m very happy. Even in our hostel, we have every amenities a person would need, like a washing machine, fridge, TV room, etc. It never feels like we’re in the hostel. The hostel is not a hostel but is home.

FMS IRM faculty: There are 4 semesters. But in college, we have at least one test every month. The reason behind this, so that we can know our abilities and work on improving them. The faculty members are always helpful. From IIM alumni to researchers and corporate pioneers, we have everyone on board as our faculty. The best part of this course is the international certification which helps to stand out from the crowd.

FMS IRM placements: I am currently in PGDBM of batch 2019-21. As per my knowledge and what I see here is placement is more than 90%. The highest salary package offered ranges from 11-12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 3.5-4 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. 

FMS IRM infrastructure: Infrastructure is well ventilated and spacious. Homely atmosphere all around. Faculty train the students accordingly. Classes have projector facilities. Continuous training process make the sessions interesting. Garage facilities, reception is there. Elevator is also there but for emergency purposes. Attached gym and sports ground is also there in the college.

FMS IRM faculty: Teachers can explain in a way where students can easily understand what they are teaching. The crowd is good, connectivity is good. Scholarships are provided, and in name the of event mostly only dance and singing program is organised.

FMS IRM placements: About 80% of students get placed, among which only 5% of students get good posts. Other students get a salary package of 3 LPA, so they get posts like BDE, executive, etc. None of the students got an internship through our college. Limited companies visit here for placements.

FMS IRM infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available,  Computer lab is good, classrooms are also good. The library is okay, and students can find majorly academics related book for which they should pay the fee.

FMS IRM faculty: Teachers were helpful in the best possible way whatever they can do, and they are qualified in the subjects which they teach and have knowledge. The teaching quality is average in most subjects except 2-3 subjects where the quality is very good

FMS IRM placements: The placements of the company is good. The batch of 2015- 2017 got 100% placements. The top recruiters are ICICI BANK, HDFC BANK, AU SMALL FINANCE, YES BANK, ITC, PERFETTI VAN MELLE, ujjivan bank and many more. The annual package is of 5-6 Lacs. Daigeo is new recruiter in the college.

FMS IRM infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is okay there is a sports room where we can play table tennis, pool, chess, badminton. The cafeteria is not good though. Library of the college is nice as there is all types of books related to MBA and they have a separate section of novels.

FMS IRM faculty: Teachers of the college are helpful and qualified. They have relevant knowledge about tier subjects and give practical suggestions to students as well to improve tier practical skills. The curriculum of the college is okay the cover all important subjects for PGDM.

Internships Opportunities : 

The college do have the provision to provide internship but students also take their own opportunity to look for internship. Stipends depends on the organization to organization and some organization do provide stipends and some not.

Remarks : 

The college really need to put focus on the course curricula, faculties and exposure to students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions : 

There is no as such facility in the college and college is not also working on the same. students can avail scholrship on their own efforts .

Exam Structure : 

Examonation is in four semesters whereas each exam takes around 10 day to be completed. The examination are based on the course structure. Placement opportunity in the college is deteriorating day by day and college should give due focus on providing good job opportunity to the students. Though the companies do come to the college for placement but that too is shrinking day by day. More focus shoudl be given in it.

Fee Structure And Facilities : 

The fee structure is really expensive seeing the overall quality of education and exposure provided from the college. It is not at all feasible to increase the fees on annual basis without any appropriate ground and work. directors and presidents are buying cars each year but not looking at the quality of education imparted to the students.

College Events : 

Educational events are organized in the college on periodic basis and it also covers cultural events. Students participates in the events and every students are provided opportunity as per their capacity and strength. some time companies are also invited to participate in the programme.

Hostel Facilities : 

There is not as such hostel facilities in the college and it only guides the students for the accomodation. Parents of the students are provided rooms in the college premises during the admission of the students and food from the mess. quality of the food in the mess in really disappointing and many cases of stomach infection occurs.

External Expense : Rs.7000 – Rs.10000

Campus Life : 

The life in teh campus is really enjoyable and gender ratio is almost same in the college. As far as diversity is concerned, more number of students in now coming from Bihar and Jaipur itself. THeir is a need to focus more on sports, competetions, debates so that to enhance the skilss of the students.

Alumni/Alumna : 

The alumni are based in the good campanies and NGOs but the college does not pay much attention on retaining good alumni.

Faculty : 

The course curriculum was not so vibrant and could be changed and should be reviewed. The turn over of teachers are so frequent and that too is not so dynamic. Practical exposure should be added more and students should be given more opportunity to participate in external affairs. The faculty should also devote much time to give students more external exposure.

Undergone Management aptitude test in 2003. Got 93 percentile and then under gone group discussion and personal interview. Then a particular ID was given to me and submitted first semester fee. initial orientation was given by the president and then classes started from 2003 June onwards.

Placement opportunity in the college is deteriorating day by day and college should give due focus on providing good job opportunity to the students. Though the companies do come to the college for placement but that too is shrinking day by day. More focus shoudl be given in it.

Internships Opportunities : 

The college internship experience is quite good. The general stipend offered during the internship period is quite less and the general stipend offered during the internship is mostly around 12000 Rs. The college internship programme is good in gaining the depth knowledge.

Remarks : 

The college management is very strict and sometimes they doesn’t listen to the students properly and this leaves the student very disturbed. Sometimes the college management becomes strict unnecessarily and this is one of the bad things in the college also college doesn’t have any good sports facility as well. Otherwise the college is good.

Exam Structure : 

The Exam structure is designed very efficiently so that the students doesn’t feel hectic. The Exam conducted in the college are mostly online exam with one hour duration which helps students to ease their stress as students dont’ have to write the exam with pen and pencil as usual.

Fee Structure And Facilities : 

The fees structure of the college is feasible as the colleges fees is 5.5 lacs which includes the laptop charges and college dress provided to the students. The fees doesn’t includes the hostel and food charges. But the fees is feasible in comparison to other B schools of India which are charging quite a hefty amount.

Entrance Preview : 

I appeared in the September MAT examination conducted by the AIMA. My MAT score was 670 and i choose this particular college because of the ROI it offers in comparison to other colleges of MAT and also the feedback i am getting from the senior students was good. The admission process includes GD and PI .

College Events : 

The Spardha is one of the main college event celebrated every year in the college in the month of November. The Spardha is the national level event where colleges from all over the India participate in this event and showcase their talent. The spardha is one of the biggest college events celebrated in Rajasthan every year.

Hostel Facilities : 

The college doesn’t have any hostel and mess facility so the students have to stay outside the college in a PG or any rented house. The average PG or Rented house rent is around 2000 per month on sharing basis and 5000 for non sharing basis. The Cook facility is there in the PG and charges are 700 per person for the entire month.

External Expense : Rs. 4000 – Rs. 7000

Campus Life : 

The campus life is all about academics and very less extracurricural activities are there in the college for the students. The campus life is hectic and full of debate and other social activities. The college throws party every year for freshers and is celebrated very well in the college campus only. There is no social discrimination in the college and college is very strict if someone is involved in some illegal activities.

Alumni/Alumna : 

The alumni network is not so vast but the senior students in the college are good and helpful. Some senior students are not that good but overall the senior students help their juniors when they face problem regarding the campus issues or regarding the studies. The college alumni network is there but it is not so good.

Faculty : 

The faculty members of the college are mostly from south region and very strict when comes to the discipline part. Each and every faculty member is very strict when someone breaks the college rules but they teach very good.

Placement Experience : 

The college is good in terms of placement and job opportunities. Various kind of companies come into the college every year to hire students. Some of the companies which come into the college are Colgate Palmolive,ITC,Vodafone,ICICI Bank etc. The average package offered by the company is around 3 lacs and highest is 7 lacs per annum.

Course Curriculum Overview : 

The course curriculum is good but vast covering each and every section of the topic very well.

It is an amazing college to study in, and it is an advantage for me.

Placements: During the 3rd semester, good colleges really offer campus placement drives for students. Better or more recognised colleges are able to attract MNCs which offer a starting salary package of 3 LPA to up to 8 LPA. Small companies offer a salary package of 1.5 LPA. Through multiple placement rounds, you will get selected. In our college, reputed companies select students based on their marks, and students should have 60% of marks and more to be eligible.

Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, this is the best college because it matches the standards. It is one of the best colleges and uses modern technology also. There is Wi-Fi, labs, a library and an auditorium with an accommodation capacity of more than 500 students. Projectors are also available, and there is a separate washroom on every floor with various other facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are very nice here and the best. They are very qualified and knowledgeable. They are ready to help us anytime when we need help, and they are also very caring and friendly. We can share everything with them, and they also make students ready for the future. The salary offered to them ranges from Rs. 40,000 per month-2 lac per month.

Other: I have enjoyed here very much learning new things every day in my life. I am also able to get new opportunities every day. We will get many chances and learning as well. The fest, activities and everything is available here, and it is a lot of fun.

Nice college with numerous opportunities for the students .

Placements: The college is good in terms of placement. Many reputed companies like Amul, ITC, Ujjivan bank come for recruiting students. Nearly 90% of the students got job last year. The salary offered is 6 Lacs to most of the students. They are highly active in getting their students placed.

Infrastructure: The library is good. They also have Wi-Fi and the classrooms are also good. They have all the facilities for conducting the sessions and several lectures. They have parking facility. And the quality of the food is also good. They have good ambience and not much strength.

Faculty: The faculty is helpful and qualified. They are always there whenever we have any problems. They have good communication skills. So, I do not find any difficulty with the teaching quality. Also, the curriculum is according to the business needs. Overall both are satisfactory.

Other: They have fest which is a very famous ‘Spardha’. The campus is peaceful and the learner-centric.
